Filament Runout Sensor remix

The microswitch I had didn't fit the original file so I made a larger gap for the microswitch roller to fit. This also means the filament path is less restrained which is fine for rigid filaments and I have done some flexible prints successfully (although loading the filament can be tricky).

I also made a simple lid for the case to enclose it. (EDIT: I didn't realise there were already lids for this, the design I remixed this from only has one body file, probably as a placeholder. The link in the description of the remixed thing will give you other lids but I have not tested them) There are two versions, one with a gap for the LED and one without. Both print in the default orientation without supports and simply clip on and off.
