Filament Sensor Spacer

This spacer is needed to raise the mount height of the Creality Ender 3 V2 Filament Runout Sensor when you are also running the Redrex Dual Gear Ender 3 Extruder. The Redrex Dual Gear Ender is just over 3/8" taller than the original extruder gear. This spacer raises the position of the sensor to the same height so the filament doesn't have sharp bends feeding into the Dual Gear Ender.
