I saw a similar design on Thingiverse and was inspired to try to make something more to my needs. There are many other, and smaller, filament sensors but I liked the bearing design for minimal drag on the extruder.
The body of the sensor is the same part printed twice. There bearing carrier is two pieces with a very slight difference between the two.
