This part prints in about two minutes and can be used to stop the extruder from slipping or clicking (witch is the filament slipping) by tightening the spring and will help the printer print better.
I got the idea from this video I watched by
Jimmy Shaw's Tidbits

And saw there wasn't one of these on here for the Cr-10
