Filament Spool Holder

This is a spool holder I designed for the TEVO Tarantula but could be used with any other printer with the similar type of frame. The purpose is for the spool to rotate clockwise and for the filament to come from underneath into the extruder. I have also rounded the top edge of the spool arm to reduce catching and jerking the spool while feeding out the filament. There are 2 arm widths available - one for upto 45mm spool width and another for upto 50mm wide spools.

Update: Just added a holder which is 15mm longer and has an arm width of 75mm to cater for larger spools of upto 70mm wide. It has also been strengthened to allow for the weight and size of those spools.

Used 123D Design to create the part with Repetier Host and Cura to slice it.

The part is secured by using M4 bolts with M4 washers and T-Nuts of the appropriate size with the configuration of bolt and washer through hole then T-Nut into frame.
