Filament Spool Holder

I updated the arms size.
I added to conic Spacers allowing to center properly the Spool on the 5mm axis
to center the 5mm axis in the ball bearing, I added 2 small inserts
to easily tight and limit the rotation freedom, I added a knob, updated also to have a long axis.

you will need
2 ball bearing : 22mm x 8mm
1 filtered axis M5, around 15 cm long and 1 nut.
you can add rings if you want ( I didn't used it finally, even if it is on the pictures )
