A modular and easy to print filament spool hub for use with standard 8x22x7mm skate bearings and 8mm rod/axle. If you don't have three hands, it can be very difficult to rotate the brace locking ring. Unfortunately, I don't have three hands. So, I cheat by putting a gum band on the end until the ring is in place.
