Filament/Spool Rack V2

Version 2 of the (now) Highly configurable Filament Storage Rack This is my revised and now highly configurable 2nd version of the filament rack. This revised version has many new additions to make this more useful and into a highly customizable filament rack. Changes from the V1 geometrically, isn't much different. Meaning, people that already have the first version, the components will be compatible with this version. Aesthetically , subtle changes have been made, small but nice details, like rounding the under curve better.
