This is a Filament Spool Roller.
I wanted to make the appearance simple. I had the idea that the roller shaft supported the structure.
In this design, many things such as bolts and bearings are necessary, but the finished product is very strong and stable.
[Specifications]
distance between two plates : 98mm or 78mm
distance between two roller axis : 110mm
height : 42mm
[Parts]
The parts to be printed are as follows.
-roller x2
-shaft x2
-plate x2
-bolt/nut knob x4 (as you like)
-knob cap x4 (as you like)
The necessary parts other than 3D printed parts are as follows.
-M8 bolts 120mm long x2
-M8 nuts x2
-M8 washer x8
-bearing 608(id:8mm,od:22mm,w:7mm) x4
*I used stainless steel open type bearings.

The dimensions of each part were fine-tuned.

I have found a mistake. The file "roller80.stl" was incorrect. I replaced it with the correct file.
