Filament Spool Roller??

What Size Filament Spools are you running? 1, 3 or a 5 Kg spools. Print 2 connectors. Print 2 side Rails for the sides. Print 4 rollers. This design also needs 2) 8 mm (SS) rods that are 200 mm long or close to it. The 2 connectors connect the 2 side rails as shown. I place the rods sides and rollers to the smooth side or inside of the rails. Pictured is a 5 Kgs spool setting on the loose fitting rollers. I've run the 3 Kg spools and even the 1 Kg on the rollers and not moved the rods to larger or smaller rail side holes. I just slide the rollers to be under the spool and let it roll. I did 5 walls n layers or more when printing to get solid rollers. I placed all parts on a 200 mm sq heated bed. I made it out of PLA. You can add some grease if you wish. I did nothing and it works fine as the rollers spin quite freely... Enjoy!
