Filament spool shelf

Filament spool shelfThis filament spool shelf is made of aluminium profiles - square 20x20 mm for sides and pipes with diameter of 12 mm for shelfs. All profiles were bought in 1000 mm length and cut to this dimensions:Square profiletop 150 mm,side 550 mm,bottom approx. 300 mm (I simply used leftover after cut previous profiles).Pipes500 mm (cut in the middle). Here you can see how profiles fits to the printed parts:Print orientationFor better look from the front its printed face down on textured build plate. It means holes for screw needs to be on top. But it mens under the holes is bridging, so I designed there thin layer of solid filament to build holes on top of this solit bridged layer.ConstructionI have always placed profiles in the print part, then through hole in printed part drill 2,5 mm hole to the aluminium profile and in that hole cut a M3 thread for screws.
