This Wall mounted filament storage rack uses ½" electrical conduit with interlocking mall mounts that tolerate misalignment for the brackets so that creating 10ft spans or more is no problem. The conduit is clamped down in the bracket, ensuring a stable platform with no risk of having the rods slip out of place and the 1/2" conduit and brackets are very strong, able to span at least 4 ft fully loaded without issue. I recommend printing the brackets with 4 walls, and at least 1.6mm top and bottom, gyroid to avoid pillowing and using PETG, because PLA has a tendency to sag under load. Personally, I use standard Sunlu Petg, bed temp at 85C nozzle 260, this will give you excellent results on a PEI textured Bed, no glue. I recommend washing the conduit in the bath tub with dawn dish soap after you've cut it. Where I live a 10ft stick of conduit costs $5, pretty cheap I think.
