Filament switch mount and guide

This remix fixes a problem with the purchased switches for the mount. The purchased switches are poorly designed and made. I worked with standard microswitches (6 for $7 at Amazon). Importantly, it self guides the filament through the switch, even with flexible filaments (TPU & PVA) load easily.

Important changes:

1. Uses standard switches. You need to reform the lever to the template PDF print. Print it full scale. Lay your switch on the template and make 2 bends.

2. Adjusted hole sizes to better self tap the screws.

3. Added chamfers to holes to better start the screws.

4. Modified clearence for print head cables to secure them.

5. Added counterbore to fit the Bibo2 guide tube fittings.
