File Handle Ergonomic

My take on a more ergonomic file handle. Two version included, one with a star shaped hole, one with a rectangular hole, like the two handles I remixed this from. Scale as needed. Measures 108mm L, 30mm W, 24mm H. Scaling it to 90% matches vik's "file_handle", 110% matches vik's "file_handle_large", scaling 100% matches tfager's.
