That's a rack to hold a couple of spools of fillament, allowing them to rotate freely while being dragged by printer. Took the idea from those many already available designs, just added them on a rack. number of rolles can vary, and middle part is optinal (i guess) since 10mm steel rod should be sturdy enough to hold cople of spools without deforming too much. Should be capable of holding 6 or 7 1kg standard spools.
