Filler Under-Ceiling Bracket Mount

Update: Version 2

I completely remodelled the piece since I realized it was taking an insane amount of material for a trivial purpose. I don't need "fancy" or "elegance": I need functionality.

Version 2 is the suggested print, the previous version is left just as reference.

I needed a bracket to use the "Filler" spool holder dangling from the ceiling.

Actually, the solution may well be used for any other use case since I simply edited @kai model and made it more suited for a broad application:

- removed unnecessary small holes in the base section;
- added one large hole to the base section, suitable for a Fisher Screw or a Cardwall Plug
- enlarged the second hole in the base section, near the bracket ;
- simplified the "tunnel" required for accessing the second hole, removing the unnecessary tubular structure surrounding it and leaving a clear "cut" as an access path.
