And some small issues with printing a choke model Fimi A3
The model was developed for printing with native battery connector, in order to connect Fimi batteries and XT-60 connection plug.
Petg plastic was used.
In slicer Simplify 3D you need to add the size 100.5% for the file zaglychka v5 v4, and set size 100.4% for file zaglychka v5 v5-because of plastic shrinkage.
zaglychka v5 v4 should be printed on the side. The reason-if printing antennas up (antennas – parts which inserts in to the connectors of the main corpus of quadcopter) they can easily get broken. It has happened to me while printing the first version of the choke- the layers are lying across the antennas. That place is having permanent pressure when one is putting the choke out. And-of course, there should be some supporting bars, while printing.
No special requests for zaglychka v5 v5
