Final Audio E3000 earbuds earhooks

Solving the problem of Final E3000 IEM earbuds falling out of the ears, I designed and 3D printed ear hooks keep that hook around ear lobe and secures it the canal. It offers high-visibility and adjustable. Designed in Fusion 360 and 3D printed using flexible TPU material.

Printed with Flexible TPU filament at 50mm/s speed, No retraction, 0.1mm height. There are no infills at this size.

Inner barrel size 7.2mm (slightly smaller for snug tight around the barrel)
