Quick and Easy Custom Finger Splint – Stubby EditionAfter the success of my original splint design, I noticed many people cutting them in half for use on thumbs or smaller finger joints (plus I also recently fractured my first DIP joint on my ring finger😅). So, I created the Stubby Edition—a shorter version made specifically for the thumb and first finger joints. Like the original, it’s lightweight (about 4 grams), smooth, and easy to customize. Just print in PLA and gently heat with a hair dryer or similar tool to shape for a perfect fit. The compact design makes it more comfortable and practical when full-length support isn’t needed.
