Just ordered my makerbot so i'm waiting on it to come in before I can construct this. Until then, do not try and make as it is just an idea.
The paintball itself is not compatible with a normal paintball hopper as it must be oriented in the correct position. It should be able to be fired out of a paintball gun through the barrel (not suggested, as the gun can fire accidentally) or if length is shortened, inserted in the breach in the correct position.
Expect magazines for these paint balls, and perhaps an open source paintball gun sometime in the future.
