Firework Mortar Tube stabilizer

Every year my family holds a 4th of July fireworks show. But, as safe as we try to be, I am always fearful of a mortar tube falling over and injuring someone. This year, I have designed a stabilizer base3 that can slip over the tube and be screwed down to a piece of wood, table or even into the ground. The model has a hole in each stabilizer fin to put a screw or tent stake into. the tube itself can be removed without removing the fins to replace a tube that may have failed. the base of the tube is raised above the ground for the pedestal that comes with these type of fireworks.
