Optimized for small pellet etc.
Connect to aquarium lamp power supply and it will doze every time the lamp is going on

1 pcs. Arduino Nano with pins
1 pcs 28BYJ-48 5Vdc stepmotor
1 pcs ULN2003 stepmotor controller
1 pcs mini-b USB cable + charger
