Brand new to CAD design and 3D printing. This is my first 'from scratch' design in Fusion 360. Sliced in Cura.
Simple rod holder with a base and a top piece.
It is designed to be modular. Each one holds two rods, and if you need more, you can just print another and with the tabs and receiving holes in each piece they can be slotted together to expand as much as you need.
Will work to store rods either vertically or horizontaly.
Not the best or most efficient design, but it works, and I just wanted to design and print something entirely from scratch.
I've included both the STL files and the OBJ design files.
Printed on an Ender pro 3 and each one took about 14 hrs. am sure you can get that print time down. I'm new to 3D printing so still learning - always happy to learn, so any tips and tricks are welcome :)
If you print this, I'd love to see your results!
