Fiskars X7 Sheath

Wearable sheath for the Fiskars X7 hatchet.Can be mounted to Tek-Lok style belt clips.Mounts facing forward on the left, mirror parts for right. Two mounting styles: fixed or pivot.Pivot can spin around on the belt clip, fixed cannot.Two print styles: 1 or 2 piece.2 piece uses 2x M3x18mm bolts + nuts, minimal support needed. Locking tab must be heat formed:Insert the X7 into the sheath.Use a lighter or heat gun to heat the locking tab just behind the X7.Bend the tab up until it contacts the back of the X7, allow to cool.I like the remove the X7 and reheat the bend so that I can bend it in a tiny bit further for a tighter fit. Update 11/17/2025:V2, has holes to reduce weight & material.
