Replacement FitBit wristbands are quite cheap on line, however the clip-on holder for belts/clothing is really expensive for what it is.
Here is my attempt which works pretty well. The taper and internal shape exactly holds the FitBit with correct tension.
The clothing clip is printed lying on its side to get the correct grain of the strands of print so it does not snap in use. The holder for the FitBit is printed vertically and the "wings" trimmed off. The two parts were glued together using ABS slurry - this is made from spare ABS dissolved in acetone (from pharmacy for removing stick on fingernails) and left to evaporate slightly until it forms a thick goo. Using a cotton but I use it to glue the two halves together.
