Fixed Bottom Padlock Box STL

The original design has 2 massive design flaws: The bottom half hinge is not even connected to the box, you have to manually fix it, and more importantly, the hinge didn't even work. So, in my design I figured I would just fix it and post it quickly so that others don't have to go through what I did. This is for the smaller box only.
