Fixed/Improved Threaded Rod for Collapsible Backscratcher Handle

v3 - Updated, screw threads on Jefficus' threaded rod were backwards on one side, probably why it was so hard to screw in originally.v2 - After shearing off the original threaded rod for this model I modified the part so it would fit inside of the collapsible handle without being too long. The mock up image of the original device is a bit deceptive as it doesn't show any of the threaded rod sticking out from the handle. This helps prevent you from trying to overtighten the part.
