Fixed Whirligig wings

Fix an error in the wings file that prevented it from being sliced in Simplify3D. One of the wing tabs was not properly filled out. For some reason it worked on CURA though.
Windows 3D Builder reported the bug and fixed it automatically with a button press.
You'll need the other parts from the original project.
