Fixed Wing RC Airplane

This fixed-wing RC aircraft is designed using the high-lift S1223 airfoil, optimized for low-speed performance and short takeoff capability. With a total wingspan designed to accommodate a wing area of approximately 0.173 m², the aircraft achieves a stable and efficient flight profile while carrying a payload of up to 700 grams within a maximum takeoff weight of 1.7 kg. The structure is built using lightweight materials like balsa wood and carbon fiber, and it features a conventional layout with a tractor propeller configuration. Powered by a brushless DC motor and Li-Po battery system, the aircraft balances thrust, endurance, and maneuverability—making it ideal for student engineering competitions, RC training, and aerodynamic testing.
