Thumb screws used, 10 by 24 by 1" Painted the surface in three coats. First coat, light and only misted the surface 10% coverage. second coat was a near total coverage with 50% misting of surface. Third coat was a full cover 100% light coat. The clear coat was added. This is necessary for the PLA material to not break down as fast in the sun. Paint it.
