Flag pole rotating mount

This is a mount for a flagpole that allows the flag to spin freely without wrapping around the pole. Use an M3 bolt to align the 2 pieces of the collar, with the ring in the middle.

You may want to drill a pilot hole in the flagpole to prevent additional vertical movement.
