Flagging dispenser

My wife needed a flagging dispenser for her work, so I designed this. It works with this type of flagging but the other flagging she uses (no text) had the same ID. I attached some nylon webbing to the top via some M4 bolts, nuts, and washers (I recommend using loctite on these). The center of the spool on the larger side was designed to be used with a 1/4-20 heat set insert, but you could also drill straight through it and use a nut/bolt. I also 3D printed a knob to use with this so no tools would be required to change rolls of flagging. Any knob with a 1/4-20 stud will work, as long as the stud is less than 11/16" long (otherwise it will bottom out). You can adjust the tension required to pull out more flagging by adding more pressure to the sides of the roll with the knob. This was designed in inches, so if it shows up small in your slicing software, multiply the scale by 25.4 to convert mm to inches. Let me know what you think and post those makes!
