Flap Detents corrected

I made this little remix of the Flap Detent arcs. I slightly changed the position of the last detents and now all notches are correctly aligned for all 5 positions (0-1-2-3-Full).
I also made a slight change to the Handle in order to reduce one of the two vertical segments (the thinner one goes downwrds towards the Flaps Full position).
The combination of those to changes make the model properly working on a TCA Quadrant Throttle (Tested myself, I'm using it in simulations right now)
