FlashCard holder

Wrap a rubber band around the hook on one of the sides on the bottom, put it through the hole, put your cards in (before hole punching your cards just make sure you have the holes being punched in the right spots), and put the other bracket on then push the rubber band through the other hole and wrap around the hook on that side.
