I love my speedlight, a little Triopo 988. This should work with most speedlights, however, with some padding along the side (IE craft foam). I like beauty dishes, but they're big, bulky, and honestly not as useful on speedlights. One problem with speedlights is the hotspot, right dead in the center, beauty dishes help eliminate that hotspot by redirecting the center to the sides. Years ago I made something like this with cardboard and aluminum foil. I have a better resource now, however. So basically this is speedlight beauty dish.
