FlashForge Creator/Makerbot Dual improved hotend

I developed this for my Flashforge Creator X, but it should work with any Flasforge Creator Pro or similar Makerbot Dual clone as long as the X carriage dimensions are the same.

This assembly allows you to replace the original dual "MK10" extruder setup with a more modern Phaetus / TriangleLabs Dragon / E3D V6 or Revo Six hotend and Bondtech BMG stepper for greater reliability and performance. It includes the necessary mounting solution for excellent part cooling for PLA, ABS and other materials. Additionally, there are provisions for a SuperPinda probe to support Klipper bed mesh and a mounting point for a chamber temp sensor.
