FlashForge Creator Max 2 spool holder

The original design that I remixed was great for filament spools with very narrow holes in the center, but the spindle had too much hollow space inside -- this made support removal difficult, especially when printing in the default orientation. Originally intended for the Creator Pro series, this spool holder was remixed by me specifically for the [Creator Max 2](https://www.amazon.com/FlashForge-Creator-Independent-Extruder-Printer/dp/B08LP22H73/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=Flashforge+creator+max+2&qid=1635100101&sr=8-3).

This design removes most of the hollow space inside the spindle and changes the orientation so that the part prints on its side with minimal supports.
