Center-mounted upper filament guide. Low profile, needs no change to the machine.
Allows filament to either feed externally from behind or internally up through the back hole.
Simply slide into place from the front and fix with either pin or something like BrianHooker's cable harness guide--the white part seen in the photos. The top cover still fits on.
Holes for PTFE tubing, but fit seems to vary by brand.
