The goal was the right side. 1kG
I tried to print designs with thingiverse.
Neither one allows to put the coil D190d52L82, from the right and left side.
I had to create my own model.
FDM Plast COIL
Left D210mm d52 L102, ABS density 70%, stantart res, brim, substrate
Left D205mm d52 L82, ABS density 70%, stantart res, brim, substrate
Right D195mm d52 L82, ABS density 70%, stantart res, brim, substrate
Spindle ABS density 95%, high res, brim, substrate
Bearing PLA high resolution, density 20%
Bearing V2 ABS 20%, high res, bed 115, head 240C, brim, wall, FAN on, substrate
this is the maximum size.
do not put more inside the printer!
with the right 190mm vertically. ~ +5mm
from the left 200mm vertically. ~ +5mm
from the left 210mm vertically. ~ +3mm
Racks only from ABS!
The PLA begins to sag when heated.
The coil is heavy and the PLA is deformed
The balls at the bearing Dreamer_Bearing_V2 are glued. This is normal. Even with all the requirements. Gently push t
