Filament sensor mount for the Flashforge Finder. It clips to the top of the print head assembly via the vent holes, but does not block any airflow. It also uses the finders filament guide tube to run wires between the sensor PCB and the contacts inside the Finders filament cartridge slot, in the back of the printer...You'll need to do some soldering to connect the wires.
The PCB mounts upside down so the filament will engage the switch properly...this is important.
Pieces are CA Glued in place after alignment is verified to be spot on.
I have my filament hanging from a shelf above the printer, so I don't need a guide tube, but this could be modified to incorporate another tube to use as the filament guide.
**Note that newer models of the Finder do NOT include a Filament Sensor. I'm working with Flashforge to hopefully find a solution that will work, and will post my findings here.**
**UPDATE: Flashforge got back to me. It seems that if your Finder does not have the sensor incl
