Flat MX stem with encap plateau

_This is more for a resin printer, but you could try -0.2mm Horizontal Expansion on an FDM printer._
**Use case** - _Keycap encapsulation_
- sculpt on top of it then cast a partial keycap
- add the partial keycap inside the bottom part of a resin casting system like [Z-butt](https://www.zappycappys.com/collections/z-butt)
- cast in clear resin
