FlatMinis Compatible Redbrand

My Adventure League group is playing Lost Mine of Phandelver again, and I figured I'd like to have some Redbrand bandit figures for the battle map. I saw the 28Chibi ones, and wanted the base to be compatible with the flatminis I know and love.

Edit: I've attached a version 2 that is scaled better to the size of the existing flatminis. I didn't realize until after I made the first ones that they were a bit short, and I don't want the players thinking they are smaller than they are.
