The Fleshfiend is a special monster hailing from the Nine Hells. They were originally humanoids but were corrupted by the foul magics of that plane. Despite not being true devils, they are well established in the infernal hierarchy and only answer to greater devils. Chained Ones are servants of the Fleshfiend. They must obey their master's command and serve as useful meatshields in combat. They will also help dismember their victims so the Fleshfiend can use them as a fashion statement.
