Fletches Fletching

This is to "cast" the fletching, direkt on the shaft of the Arrow, whit ordinarry silikon.
First you have tho cover the parts whit some kind of oel, grease or something that will not stick on silikon.
2. assemble the Parts on the shaft (3x Befiderung, 2x Befestigungs_Ring ) https://youtu.be/_H5rYnWqZ7o

4. give it a bit time (30-60 minutes)
5. cover it whit the Deckel (3x Deckel) https://youtu.be/PIq4uioSgPU

It needs at least 24h for hardening. After that time, open carefully the form and gif the Silikone another 2-3 Days for hardening. The fletching will be very soft. The reason for this development was: I bought the cheapest arrows whit very hard fletching, but shoot a traditional bow. Anyone how has ever shoot this combo, will understand :-)

AND this fletching will not stand for ever! But in my first tests, it was nearly as durable, as the original. It depends a lot of the hardening time of the SIlikon
