Hi guys.
This is my FLEX MOUNT DESIGN that I build for my Hypercube.
26.05.19 | UPDATE
- I have reworked the design for the whole E3D TITAN Mounting Assembly. The original design was not stiff enough and the heat bed fan duct was always hanging down. It can be now printed with softer materials like PETG and still be very rigid.
- If you want to know the parts that you need and how to assemble the system you can now check the Assembly Drawing in the attachments.
Features:
ONE MOUNTING PLATE FOR ALL DESIGNS, FEATURING:
- Integrated Belt Tensioner
- Insert Pockets for all M3 Nuts
- Easy accessible 4 Hole Mounting Points for the different Extruder Plates
- Can be mounted on the standard Tech2c bushing holders
- Files:
Mounting Plate: druckkopftraeger_2
Bottom Slider of Belt Tensioner: schieber
Clamping Plate for Belt Tensioner: schieber_klemmplatte
Alternative Clamping Plate and Bottom Slider for twisted Belts (like Tech2Cs original design): schieber_asymet
