Flexible sphere

My niece had a friend with a toy that she wanted to have. So I took some pictures and made my interpretation of it. This is a simple mechanical toy, it goes from a “squished” sphere into a long bar. It's quite fun to fiddle/fidget with. Printing is required in two steps, print the same file twice. You'll need 24 pieces in total. The pieces snaps together, from the two smallest ones on the end and then just one step up until the middle where it changes and goes down again. They are quite easy to swap around, so if you place one wrong just take it of and place it again.
