I designed this adjustable strap to be printed flat in TPU, and so that it could be easily preloaded/tensioned with one hand. I primarily intended to use it for a ski strap clip (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7198939) for holding skis together during transport, but it can be used for fastening any number of things. Other designs that I found online required two hands to fasten, or were difficult to use with gloves on. I went thru a number of different variations to land on this one that works quite well.
There is a separate strap loop that can be attached in any of the holes, based on where you need it. Print this with the oval profile downwards, with the interior clip flush against the build plate (it is biased to one side for printing without supports).
I was able to print on an Ender 3 pro, with build plate tolerances set in the slicer to 235x235mm printable area.
