Articulated Flexy Iron Man inspired figure designed as a single, print-in-place component. All joints are pre-clearanced to move freely after printing—no assembly required. The model is built with alternating hinge segments to maximize flexibility while preserving the character’s iconic armored silhouette.The geometry has continuous overhang-safe angles, ensuring all limbs and connectors print cleanly without supports. Tolerances are tuned for standard PLA and 0.2 mm layer height; articulation works straight off the bed with minimal break-in.
