This is a modification of the RaptorReloaded hand, redesigned for better durability and ease of construction. It uses Lulzbot NinjaFlex for the fingers and palm, but any similar flexible filament should work. Print settings were the default NinjaFlex settings on the Taz Mini with the Flexystruder. Print fingers with the hinge side facing vertically, if you print them on their side the hinge tends to be too stiff. The solid parts can be printed from whatever hard plastic you want, PLA was used with 2 perimeters and 35% infill. If you want to scale it up, you will have to modify the finger hinges in a design program to allow them to function, because they won't work as well or at all if they get too thick. eNabling the Future has a good instructional video, just remember that this hand doesn't need elastic. The fingers will also need to be glued into their sockets.
