Flicker Fidget Cube

Fidget cube redesign to be even easier to print on an FDM printer. Cube parts are angle-cut press-fit to reduce the dependency on printer accuracy. Holes go all the way through to make them easier to ream.

Current modules:

* Flicker switch
* Rocker switch
* Triangle Gear [note: not an involute profile]
* Sine-wave Gear [involute-like, mapped to a circle]
* Clicker (to make gears and switches click)

All attachments are removable to allow for alternative configurations or fidget modules.

The default extrusion width setting is 0.4; change to a smaller value to make a firmer fit.
